What it is:

This is a nozzle for Every Material, No Compromise. From normal PLA to PEEK, even to Carbon Fiber reinforced materials, Silicon Carbide Nozzle could meet all the printing requirements of any material.

Using 99.9% high purity Silicon Carbide material as the nozzle tip which is high temperature resistance and super wear resistance and ensures long-time of 550℃ printing without wearness of nozzle hole and tip flat; Nozzle tip with 99.9% high purity Silicon Carbide material which is high thermal conductivity and makes a high efficiency of nozzle heating and finally realizes the fast printing; Silicon Carbide tip assembled by special riveting process to get a stable and reliable fitting. Whole part design of the nozzle body ensure a high strength without fracture. The whole nozzle is applied with DLC coating which surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.05 and makes a clean printing without any plastic sticking. High accuracy of nozzle machining, orifice dimension tolerance 0.01mm with concentricity 0.02mm.
