What is it:

Ldo’s New Bed (mic 6), Bed Heater  as seen on the S1 model of the V0.1/0.2 this provides edge to edge heating with a thermistor that screws into the bed plate for more accurate temperatures!

wires included are short and meant to use Wagos or pcb unions.
