I absolutely love the purple ASA-CF

This prints extremely well and was capable of 21.1 mm³/sec on my XMax3 with strong layer bonding at that speed and 260C with a copper core Diamondback 0.4 nozzle. It has a deep, rich, matte purple color which is going to look great with my RatRig Green accents on my upcoming V-Core4 build.

It printed with zero surprises and a nice smooth finish with mostly hidden layer lines. Adhesion to my textured PEI plate was excellent, requiring only that the plate be clean, which is pretty much my standard practice. It auto released when the bed was fully cool and slid right off.

Like all 3DO filaments that I have printed so far, the plastic bag and desiccant simply don't cut it. As received, the filament is definitely in need of a nice long spin in the dryer. In my case it was 60c for 12 hours, in rotisserie mode on my Polyphemus.

I would like to see 3DO switch their moisture sensitive filaments to the foil lined bags, which do not allow the moisture to transpire through for extensive periods.
